A partner will call you within 48 hours to discuss your project. After receiving your financial statements, we will prepare the valuation and present it to you within 2 to 4 weeks.

What is the difference between this assessment produced by a CPA broker and a full CBV-EEE assessment?

Accepted Answer

This preliminary assessment uses CBV standards but is less comprehensive. It provides you with a reliable value range to make an informed decision. A full CBV assessment (required for some complex transactions) costs between $5,000 and $15,000 depending on the size of the company. That said, we also offer CBV services through a partnership, if needed.
